Delali Yaotse
Managing Partner
- Mr Delali Yaotse is a research, program /project management, SBC, and Mobile for Development Communication expert with extensive experience in international development, business consulting, market, and social research, training, project management, data management as well as monitoring and evaluation.
- Before incorporating Raymond KD Ltd, he worked in the development sector in Ghana and Zambia where he developed the capability and experience in social and behavioural communication messages design, implementation and impact assessment, health, social research, grant proposal writing, stakeholder management, project/programme management, report writing, business assessment, and development, local economic development, women’s economic empowerment, team training and management, value chain analysis, and development, monitoring and evaluation, MIS data collection and management among others.
- Delali also worked with multinational and local business consulting and market research agencies in Ghana where he successfully led and managed projects for Telecel (Vodafone), AirtelTigo, MTN, Glo, Coca-Cola, Diageo, Enterprise Group, SABMiller, Shell/Vivo Energy, Total Ghana, Association of Ghana Industries, Stanbic Bank, uniCredit, Danone, CUTS Int. among others.
- He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA)-Merit in International Oil and Gas Management from the Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy-Graduate School of Social Sciences, University of Dundee, UK, and a Bachelor of Arts in Integrated Development Studies from the University for Development Studies, Tamale, Ghana. He also holds a professional certificate in project management from the Association of Project Management, UK and is a member of the Project Management Institute (Global and Ghana Chapter). He has obtained certificates in Market Sizing, Business Consulting, Value Chain Analysis, Market Research, Brand Management, Data Analysis and Management, Segmentation, Monitoring and Evaluation and Python for Data Science.

Sandra Kunawotor
Lead - User Experience and Research
- Madam Sandra Kunawotor is a research, project management, and marketing expert with extensive experience in qualitative research and marketing strategy development, implementation, and assessment.
- She has more than 7 years of experience in leading qualitative research and human-centered design with experience in product tests, brand positioning, packaging tests, immersion, success stories documentation, focus group moderation, in-depth interviews, and reporting. Sandra led and managed the qualitative research team at marketing research agencies and delivered insights to MTN, Coca-Cola, Telecel (Vodafone), AirtelTigo, uniCredit, and organizations in the development sector among others.
- Sandra holds a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), Ghana, and a Bachelor of Education in Social Sciences from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana.

Peter Nuhu
Lead - Innovation, Data Science and Analytics
- Mr Peter Nuhu is a quantitative research, data and financial modelling, project management, governance and agribusiness expert.
- Over the past 10 years, Peter has worked with organisations and companies in the private and public sectors where he assists in developing project and business models, grant proposals, business plans and setting up data management systems.
- Peter leads our Innovations and Data Science Unit delivering turnkey solutions in financial management, data modelling, risk analysis, asset optimisation, commodity trading, and consumer analysis.
- Peter Nuhu holds a Master of Science in Energy Economics and Policy from the Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy (CEPMLP) of the University of Dundee – United Kingdom. Before this however, he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a major in Monetary and International Economics and Public Finance from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and holds a Diploma in Financial Management.
